Isaiah 35:8-10 - "And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way. The unclean will not journey on it; wicked fools will not go about on it.
9 No lion will be there, nor any ravenous beast; they will not be found there. But only the redeemed will walk there,
10 and those the Lord has rescued will return.They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
Are we on the highway of holiness? As believers this is where we are to be. It is for those who have a clean heart. It is for those who do not act wickedly. It is not for the foolish. It is only for the redeemed. Those who have been washed in Christ's blood and received forgiveness for sin.
Those who walk on the highway of holiness, they will not have to fear harm. There is singing and everlasting joy on this highway. When we come to the end of this highway, gladness and joy will overtake us, and sorrow and sighing will flee away as we look on our redeemers face.
