GRACE TO LIVE, NOT TO CONTINUE SINNING

Grace to live, not to continue sinning. Many a believer has a mushy and wishy washy grace theology. Yet, one who reads the word of Jesus in Matthew 5 can not ignore the fact that Jesus expects His children to live righteous lives.
v. 17 - Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law........
v. 19 - Who ever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of God.
v. 20 - Unless your righteousness surpasses that of the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of God. (Don't be a hypocrite)
v. 48 - Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Righteous living must come from our heart, if not it is hypocritical.
v. 8 - Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see the kingdom of God.
It is not sufficient to say and do all the right things. You must accept Christ salvation and have a pure heart and clean thoughts.
